The outcome was fantastical. It exceeded both mines and Jacie's expectations. I'm so happy we did this for Prevent Child Abuse Hawaii. Jon would have been so proud. We were fortunate enough to have Aileen the Program director of Prevent Child Abuse Hawaii (PCAH) to say a few words about their organization. She made me tear when she was giving her speech.... :( talking about Jon's recent passing... and how much he loved working with Jacie and I.
What else happened..
Well, artists put up their pieces... we had a number of musical talents. We had a fashion show by La Pistil. We had a room full of positive people that were there to support the prevention of child abuse in hawaii, local music, local arists, and local fashion.
It's people like this that give us hope that there is still good in the world...
