Pinwheels for Child Abuse Prevention

On the morning of April 20th.... 50,000 pinwheels were planted on the state capital's front lawn for everyone to see. Each pinwheel represented every phone call that has made to the hot line when a parent or guardian has called for advice on how to handle their child when their child gets out of hand. The pinwheels were a site to see. But its kinda scary to think about like.. each pinwheel is when people are almost going to beat their kid, but its better to call than to not call right? for advice that is.

They do this pinwheel even every year.
